CellularSmarts Perks, Incentives & Rewards Programs

  1. Rewards Programs

CellularSmarts may provide one or more rewards programs (“Rewards Programs”) where you can earn points, coins, dollar amounts, and other credits/rewards (collectively, “Rewards”) through your participation in various game offers, advertisements, content, shopping opportunities, special offers, surveys, coupons, location-based deals, and other Rewards opportunities (collectively, “Offers”).

Although these Rewards may be expressed as points or dollar amounts, they do not have any cash, monetary, or intrinsic value. They are solely redeemable for gift cards or other prizes, or through other redemption methods as specified by the Rewards Program from time to time (collectively, “Redemption Prizes”), and are subject to these Terms of Service and the specific redemption requirements of the Rewards Program at the time of redemption.

  1. Rewards Are Non-Monetary and Cannot Be Transferred

You acknowledge and agree that any unredeemed Rewards in your account do not possess any cash or monetary value. These Rewards are exclusively owned by CellularSmarts and can only be exchanged for Redemption Prizes that CellularSmarts chooses to offer within the Rewards Program, in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service and the specific redemption requirements at the time of redemption.

  1. Rewards may be earned through participation in various offers as specified in the applicable rewards  program. Subject to the terms of service, CellularSmarts will credit any rewards from offers you participate in and successfully complete to the account you set up when joining the rewards program (the “Account”).
  2. Rewards are considered successfully completed when all offer requirements are fully met in the manner specified (including any time limits or waiting periods) and in compliance with these terms of service, allowing CellularSmarts and/or is third-party partners to validate and track your activity.
  3. For clarity, CellularSmarts is not responsible for, nor required to award, any rewards for offers not properly recorded, tracked, validated, or deemed successfully completed under CellularSmarts and/or its thirdparty partners’ policies, procedures, and systems. In some cases, the final determination of whether an offer has been successfully completed and should result in a reward may be made by CellularSmarts’s third-party partners.
  4. Review all applicable terms of offers and rewards before deciding to participate. We reserve the right to:                                                                  i. Modify or limit the available offers or rewards, or your ability to participate in certain offers or the  rewards program itself,                                ii. Alter or limit eligibility or frequency of offers, iii. Adjust or limit the number or type of rewards you can receive for a specific offer or time period. All changes or limitations apply to past, present, or future rewards, unless otherwise stated.

4. Claiming Your Rewards

a. You may redeem the rewards accumulated in your account for redemption prizes according to the current redemption requirements of the   applicable rewards program, subject to other provisions of these terms of service.

b. Redemption prizes may be limited in supply and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. If a redemption prize is unavailable, out of stock, or otherwise not  provided, CellularSmarts may, at its sole discretion, provide an equivalent or higher-value prize.

c. All redemptions are final, and rewards cannot be returned for credit unless specified in these terms of  service or agreed upon in writing by an authorized CellularSmarts representative.

d. Once rewards are successfully redeemed, no recrediting, reversal, or refund will be issued. After you  order and receive a redemption prize, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or returned for a refund or re-crediting to your account.

e. CellularSmarts reserves the right to temporarily hold offer credits for up to 90 days after an offer has  been completed.

5. Identity and Eligibility Verification

CellularSmarts may verify your identity to our satisfaction before crediting or redeeming any rewards, is suing or delivering redemption prizes, or granting access to benefits associated with the website, features, or your account. This may include requesting a photocopy of your passport, driver’s license, state ID card, or verification of your mobile phone number, either directly or through a third-party verification service.   Additional eligibility requirements may apply to certain services or redemption prizes, and CellularSmartsreserves the right to use appropriate methods to verify your eligibility. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation or proof of identity or eligibility may result in denial of access to the website or any associated benefits.

6. Prize Redemption

Digital Redemption Prizes will be sent electronically to the email linked to your Account, or as specified in the respective Rewards Program.  If a Redemption Prize cannot be delivered or remains unclaimed, we are authorized to cancel or reverse the redemption when possible, and restore the corresponding Rewards to your Account, allowing you to attempt redemption again. However, we are not responsible for any inability or failure to perform this cancellation or reversal and restore the Rewards to your Account.

7. Dormant Accounts

Any Account that has not been logged into and Rewards either received or redeemed for one (1) year or more may be deemed inactive and the Account closed. We may also modify our inactive Account rules and policies in our Rewards Programs from time to time, and if your Account becomes inactive pursuant to such then-current rules or policies, we may close your Account accordingly, without any compensation or further obligation to you regarding the closed Account. 8. Expiration of Rewards

We reserve the right to implement or change our Rewards expiration policies at any time for all past, present, and future Rewards.  Should your Rewards expire under these updated rules, they may be removed from your Account without compensation or further obligations.For any questions, concerns, or to request the reinstatement of expired points (subject to applicable terms and conditions), please reach out to us at: support@cellularsmarts.com.

9. Competitions, Contests, and Offers

a. Any sweepstakes, contests, or promotions (collectively referred to as “Promotions”) offered through  our website and services may be subject to additional promotional terms of service “Additional Promotional Terms”, including official rules outlining eligibility criteria such as age or geographic restrictions, conditions, and usage of personal information. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms of Service and the Additional Promotional Terms, the latter will take precedence.

b. It is your responsibility to review any applicable Additional Promotional Terms to decide if you wish to participate and whether you meet the eligibility criteria. By taking part in a Promotion, you agree to comply with the Additional Promotional Terms and the decisions made by the Promotion’s sponsor(s).

c. Please be aware that the sponsors or partners of Promotions may have their own terms and conditions. Make sure to read these carefully.

10. Taxes

You recognize and accept that we may not always be able to determine whether the Rewards you have received or redeemed in any Rewards Program are considered reportable income or taxable earnings in your jurisdiction. Therefore, you are responsible for any tax liabilities resulting from your use of the Website and participation in the Rewards Program, including liabilities arising from the accrual or redemption of Rewards. As a condition for continued use of the Website and our services, we reserve the right to require you to provide necessary tax reporting information if our records indicate that you may need to report the value of your redeemed Rewards to the appropriate tax authority. We advise you to seek the guidance of a tax expert to understand the tax implications of using the Website and participating in the Rewards Program, including any associated Rewards received or redeemed.
