- Apply oil to palms and rub hands together
- Run fingers through wet hair, starting from mid-length to the ends
- For extra frizz control, brush palms over the top of hair
Dry Hair (daily use):
- Apply oil to palms and rub hands together
- Run fingers through dry hair, starting from mid-length to the ends

Pre-Cleanse (weekly/as needed):
- Apply oil to palms and rub hands together
- Run fingers through dry hair from roots to ends
- Leave in for 15-30 minutes and rinse out before shampooing
Recommended Pumps:
- For fine, thin hair, apply one pump*
- For thick, wavy or frizzy hair, apply 2-3 pumps*
- For curly hair, apply 1-2 pumps per section*
- For coily hair apply 2-3 pumps per section*
